Xóa tài khoản của bạn
Bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa tài khoản đối tác EddyConnect và dữ liệu cá nhân liên quan bất cứ lúc nào. Trang này giải thích cách thực hiện, dữ liệu nào bị xóa, dữ liệu nào chúng tôi phải giữ lại và thời gian xử lý.
Cách yêu cầu xóa
Bạn có thể dùng một trong hai cách dưới đây. Cả hai đều dẫn tới cùng một quy trình xóa.
Xóa trong EddyConnect
- Mở ứng dụng EddyConnect và đăng nhập vào tài khoản của bạn.
- Vào Cài đặt → Tài khoản → Xóa tài khoản
- Nhập chính xác email đã đăng ký như hiển thị để xác nhận, rồi nhấn Xóa tài khoản. Tài khoản bị vô hiệu ngay và không thể đăng nhập lại. Dữ liệu được giữ lại như mô tả bên dưới.
Yêu cầu xóa khi không dùng được ứng dụng
Nếu bạn không còn truy cập được ứng dụng, hãy gửi yêu cầu xóa từ email đã đăng ký tớilegal@eddytrip.comvới tiêu đềAccount Deletion Request. Chúng tôi có thể yêu cầu xác nhận một số thông tin tài khoản để đảm bảo đúng là bạn trước khi xóa.
Những gì được xóa
Khi yêu cầu xóa hoàn tất, chúng tôi xóa vĩnh viễn hoặc ẩn danh không thể đảo ngược:
- Hồ sơ tài khoản — tên, email, số điện thoại và thông tin đăng nhập
- Dữ liệu xác minh danh tính (KYC) — số CCCD, ảnh giấy tờ và dữ liệu liveness/selfie
- Dữ liệu thiết bị và sử dụng liên kết với tài khoản
- Mọi dữ liệu cá nhân còn lại không thuộc yêu cầu lưu trữ theo pháp luật
Những gì chúng tôi phải giữ lại và lý do
Một số hồ sơ không thể xóa ngay vì chúng tôi có nghĩa vụ pháp lý phải giữ. Sau yêu cầu xóa, chúng tôi chỉ giữ tối thiểu dữ liệu cần thiết để đáp ứng:
(nạp ví, hoa hồng, thanh toán) — giữ để đáp ứng nghĩa vụ thuế, kế toán và chống gian lận theo pháp luật Việt Nam.
— giữ khi cần cho mục đích pháp lý, quy định hoặc phòng chống gian lận.
Các hồ sơ này được lưu trữ an toàn, chỉ dùng cho mục đích pháp lý đã giữ lại, và được xóa hoặc ẩn danh khi hết thời hạn lưu trữ bắt buộc.
Mất bao lâu
Chúng tôi hoàn tất yêu cầu xóa trong vòng90 ngày. Trong hầu hết trường hợp, quyền truy cập tài khoản bị vô hiệu ngay và phần lớn dữ liệu được xóa sớm sau đó. Chúng tôi sẽ xác nhận qua email khi hoàn tất.

Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your EddyConnect partner account and its associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to do it, what is deleted, what we are required to keep, and how long it takes.
How to request deletion
You can use either method below. Both result in the same deletion process.
Delete from within EddyConnect
- Open the EddyConnect app and sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
- Type your registered email address exactly as shown to confirm, then tap Delete account. Your account is disabled immediately and cannot be used to sign in again. Data is retained as described below.
Request deletion without the app
If you can no longer access the app, send a deletion request from your registered email address tolegal@eddytrip.comwith the subject lineAccount Deletion Request. We may ask you to confirm a few account details so we can verify it is really you before deleting the account.
What gets deleted
When your deletion request is completed, we permanently delete or irreversibly anonymise:
- Your account profile — name, email, phone number, and login credentials
- Your identity-verification (KYC) data — CCCD number, document images, and liveness/selfie data
- Your device and usage data linked to the account
- Any remaining personal data not subject to a legal retention requirement
What we must retain, and why
Certain records cannot be deleted immediately because we are legally required to keep them. After a deletion request, we retain only the minimum data necessary to meet:
(wallet top-ups, commissions, payouts) — kept to meet tax, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations under applicable Vietnamese law.
— kept where required for legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention purposes.
These records are stored securely, used only for the legal purpose they were retained for, and deleted or anonymised once the required retention period ends.
How long it takes
We complete deletion requests within90 days. In most cases your account access is disabled immediately and the bulk of your data is removed shortly after. We will confirm by email once the process is complete.
